Everyone's sick, but blessings are still here!

Funny story for the week: we went to a pueblo of one of our members and we got lost. And when we got there the member he was not there. So, we had to wait for him to get back so we can enter inside his house. And that was an hour later. And we were in there for the space of two hours because he loves to talk. And when we left it was nighttime and it was foggy. We had to walk in the darkness for 5 km. that is a lot! We could only see maybe 10 feet in front of us. And my companion was making; sounds like a lobo (wolf)! But we returned and we're safe now and we're happy!

This week to begin with all of our investigators have been sick. A fever is gone through the entire town of Ponferrada end it has infected everyone yeah! But because of that we've been able to see blessings. Literally we gave to blessings in one day to one of our current investigator families. Our branch president was present and it was extremely spiritual.

I am grateful that we have the restored gospel on the earth today with the holy priesthood ordinances of blessings. I am also grateful that we have the priesthood to perform them also. I know that Faith can move mountains, change souls, and save many lives. I also know they can save little things with in our lives even if it is a sickness.

I love you all. And hope you’re doing the Christmas initiative.

Elder Broadbent.
